The eMarketing Specialist position identifies new opportunities and
executes Bobcat Company's eMarketing strategy via the Bobcat.com website
and other online marketing tactics.
- Responsible for managing the Bobcat.com website as a strategic asset
to Bobcat Company. Update the website with value-added, timely relevant
content, and use analytical tools to improve value.
- Proactively manage and measure effectiveness of online marketing
campaigns including budget and creative content.
- Increase lead acquisition efforts by researching and testing the
effectiveness of various online marketing tactics and stay abreast of
new developments/trends in online marketing.
- Develop email campaigns, content and manage data for the email
marketing process. Assist in driving implementation and become a power
user of a Campaign Management Tool.
- Manage projects as needed. Communicate and coordinate projects
utilizing vendors and consultants. Work with and engage stakeholders
from various departments in a positive, productive way.
- Partner with our dealer network to extend Bobcat's online presence by
providing a value-added web presence. Develop and maintain information
to and from Bobcat.com to dealer sites and manage content.
- Streamlining Lead Management: Develop, test and execute new strategies
to increase lead volume, lead quality, dealer follow-through and
ultimately sales from leads. This could include different lead
qualification and pre-sale strategies; streamlining systems and
processes; and implementing different communication and lead nurturing
strategies.
- Personnel Management: Manage vendor and/or internal personnel to
execute objectives either on a project by project basis and/or
management of interns/coops/entry level eMarketing personnel.
- Participate in and/or lead additional strategic initiatives to
improve Bobcat's eMarketing capability as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements: 4-yr degree in marketing, advertising,
communications, or business. Five + years of work experience in
marketing, website marketing, e-marketing. Experience in project
management. Experience in website or e-commerce development. Experience
in identifying and coordinating program upgrades. Experience in customer
support/satisfaction. Demonstrate working knowledge of website technical
elements. Demonstrate analytical skills. Demonstrate creative idea
generation and implementation.
